Due to a “change of plans” brought on by inclement weather and school cancellations in Charlotte, Wednesday’s edition of ‘The Quill’ will be released a little later than normal. We expect to release today’s edition by early-afternoon.

Today’s ‘Quill’ will include the release of “Presidential Rankings” #9 and #8, and we will also feature the first article by our newest columnist, Mr. Steven Forbis.
