“Inauguration Update #2″

I arrived at my college’s cafeteria at the strike of 12:00 in order for the caravan to DC to leave on time. As we loaded our suitcases, duffle bags, and backpacks into our assigned 12-passenger van, a camera man from Channel 3 News filmed our departure. Hopefully I’ll make it onto tv this evening!
Our caravan consists of 6 full-size vans, packed with 7 talkative college students and 1 school official. Our van is currently third in line, and we are following a van whose driver thinks he’s in the Indy 500 (must be an Obama supporter).
We’ve completed 15 minutes of our 8 hour journey before we run into trouble. Van #2 has a flat tire. I guess the van wasn’t all it was cracked up to be when the school rented it from XXXXXXX. It sort of reminds me of Obama’s policies, but as I said before, I’m going to support Obama as our next President…not to argue his policies. So I’ll try to stay away from arguments as much as possible.
